The Whistleblower Protection Act (Act 2/2023, 20 February): 10 key issues

Act 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report violations of the law and the fight against corruption, was published in the Official Journal of Spain on 21 February. Among other things, it requires companies with 50 or more employees to implement an Internal Information System.
