Analysis of the insolvency measures introduced by Royal Decree-law 16/2020, of 28 April, on procedural and organisational measures to deal with Covid-19 in the field of Administration of Justice

RD-L 16/2020 has been adopted, by means of which, among other issues, a series of measures intrinsic to insolvency proceedings have been approved to help all those debtors who are experiencing financial difficulties to overcome the economic crisis.
