The first EU AI rules are coming. Lawyers are waiting | Advocatus

"Assuming the legislative process is finalised soon, it seems advisable that companies developing artificial intelligence solutions take the new rules into account when designing them," she said.

He added: "The AI Regulation has been the subject of many discussions and revisions by European bodies, so I believe that its set of rules has been duly considered and adapted to this digital economy."
