GA_P advises Winning on its sale to Alan Allman Associates
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised the founders of Winning on its sale to Alan Allman Associates.
Winning is a Portuguese management consultancy founded in 2012 with 250 consultants in Portugal (Lisbon, Porto and Aveiro) and Spain (Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga).
With this acquisition, Alan Allman Associates strengthens its position in Europe, particularly on the Iberian Peninsula, and is now able to offer its clients additional services in highly specialised areas.
The GA_P team advising on this transaction was made up of Mafalda Barreto and Leonor Rocha, respectively partner and associate in the Corporate and M&A department.
