Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the financing entities on the granting of financing to Qualitas Energy, owner of a photovoltaic plant located in Mula (Murcia) in order to refinance the existing debt of the Project, amounting to approximately 280 million euros.
The solar PV plant, owned by Qualitas Energy and Northleaf Capital Partners and with an installed capacity of approximately 494 MWp, is one of the largest in Europe. The refinancing of existing debt has been closed with BBVA, EDC, DekaBank, Unicaja and Bankinter. In addition, the Loan Market Association has rated this loan as "green" according to its environmental sustainability values.
