GA_P advises Nortem Biogroup, S.A. on its IPO on Euronext

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Nortem Chem, S.A. (part of Nortem Biogroup), the Andalusian food technology company and the largest manufacturer of organic citric acid in the European Union, on its IPO on Euronext.

The GA_P team advising on the process was formed by Augusto Piñel, Valentina Rodríguez, Jacobo Palanca and Irene Carreño Uría and Miren Ibáñez, partner, of counsel and associates of Corporate and Commercial.
