GA_P advises Grupo BeachBox on the sale of Hotel Six Senses Ibiza

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Grupo BeachBox on the sale of Hotel Six Senses Ibiza, recognised as one of the best hotels on the planet in the first edition of The World's 50 Best Hotels 2023, to Gruppo Statuto.

This transaction not only represents one of the most significant sales on the island, but also far exceeds previous records in Spain.

The Six Senses Ibiza Hotel, known for its focus on sustainable luxury and wellness, has become a jewel of high-end tourism since its opening.

The team has been led by José Manuel Palau, Alicia Olaso and Alfonso Pascual, with Antonio Ramírez, María Gabilondo and Rafael Espinosa from the Banking and Finance team, Ángel Vaillo and Luis Villar from Tax, Patricia Baixauli from Corporate and Javier de la Torre from Public, among other members from the Valencia and Madrid offices.
