GA_P advises EiDF on a financing agreement with Alpha Blue Ocean

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Energía, Innovación y Desarrollo Fotovoltaico, S.A. (EiDF), Spain's leading company in the installation of solar panels for photovoltaic self-consumption in companies, in a financing agreement, through the issue of convertible bonds for a maximum amount of €20m, entered into with Global Corporate Finance Opportunities 24 Ltd., an investment vehicle managed by Alpha Blue Ocean.

The transaction will allow the company to raise funds for the development of the different business units of the company, both for the self-consumption facilities and for the development of the generation pipeline.
