Our New York office opened its doors in 2012 and is mainly aimed at advising clients on their investments and business in Spain and Portugal.

Our portfolio of clients includes both financial and strategic American investors, in a wide variety of economic sectors, multinational groups, financial institutions and funds.

We provide legal and tax advice on Spanish, Portuguese and EU law, specialising in M&A, group restructuring, capital and debt financing and, in general, contractual and corporate and commercial law. In addition, we advise and accompany our clients in their international expansion into North American and Latin American markets.
