Susana Ferrer Delgadillo

Bio

Susana is Of Counsel of Public and Regulatory Law at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Her practice has focused on advising companies and public sector entities in matters such as administrative liability, public procurement, subsidies, sanctioning law, authorizations and licenses, coasts, harbours, public administration heritage, expropriation and administrative compliance, as well as in administrative court proceedings and accounting jurisdiction. In the field of regulated sectors, she has developed her practice especially in the transport, water and waste and contaminated soil management sectors.

Susana also has an extensive experience in the non-profit organizations, having advised in all legal aspects of their operation.

She holds a degree in Law from the Universidad San Pablo CEU, a master’s degree in Advanced Legal Studies, specializing in Public Law, from the University of Barcelona, and is an arbitrator at the Barcelona Arbitration Court. She was assistant to the director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Susana is Vice-Dean of the Barcelona Bar Association, Honorary Consul of Ireland in Barcelona, director of the legal journal “Món Jurídic” and president of the SDGs and Agenda 2030 Commission of the ICAB.

She is a professor of administrative procedure for the master’s degree in access to the legal profession at ISDE, a regular speaker at legal forums and has published articles on various subjects in the field of Public Law.
