Saturnina Moreno González

Biography

Saturnina is Academic Advisor at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, with a European Doctorate (outstanding cum laude by unanimous decision).

Saturnina is Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. She has been teaching and researching at this University since 1999, collaborating with other national and foreign universities, as well as other public and private research centres. He has carried out pre- and post-doctoral research stays at the Universities of Bologna (Italy), Strasbourg (France), Vienna (Austria), Leicester (United Kingdom) and the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (Amsterdam, The Netherlands).

Her main research interests include international taxation, EU tax law, direct taxation and tax procedures.

She is the author of five monographs and more than 100 publications in national and foreign journals and collective works.
