Laura Rey

Laura is a corporate and M&A lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings in the energy sector, as well as in due diligence processes, in corporate advice and in the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the aforementioned sector.

She holds a Double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Burgos and a Double master’s degree in legal-Fiscal Consultancy and Access to the Legal Profession from the IE Law School (Madrid).
