Bio

José Ángel is a Real Estate of counsel at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, distribution, wholesale/retail, restructuring, family businesses, corporate disputes and real estate law.

He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona. He completed a postgraduate course in Tax and Financial Law, with a scholarship from the Bosch i Gimpera Foundation in Barcelona.

José Ángel is recognised by the prestigious legal directory Legal500 as one of the leading professionals in the Retail sector.

He has participated as an author in several specialised legal publications and is a regular lecturer on matters within his speciality, both nationally and internationally.
