Javier de la Torre

Bio

Javier is a public and regulatory lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He has worked especially in matters related to urban law and the energy sector. He is interested in the correct regulation of economic activity.

He holds a degree in Law and Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Valencia and a Master’s Degree in Law from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He also holds a degree in Economics from the UNED.

Javier has participated as author or co-author in several specialized legal publications and collaborates in academic tasks with different universities.
