Bio

Isabela is an Industrial Property, Intellectual Property and Technology lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She is a specialist in privacy and data protection, consumer and digital law.

Within her area of expertise, she represents a broad range of clients from life sciences, insurance, technology, retail, luxury, food, clothing and footwear sector to B2B and B2C service providers, among others.
She holds a degree in Law from the Universidad de Navarra. She also obtained a master’s degree in Telecommunications and Technologies Law from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE Madrid.

Isabela has been recognised for several consecutive years by Legal 500 as “Next generation lawyer” and “Rising star” on Privacy and Data Protection.

Isabela regularly participates as author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications and collaborates as a lecturer in some of the main master’s degrees and courses in Spain in digital law and data protection.
