Bio

Irene is a Tax lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has extensive experience in general tax and accounting advice for large companies and business groups, in family business counselling (IRPF, ISyD), in tax advice on company acquisition operations, tax review and analysis of acquired companies (Due Diligence), in the intervention in process of verification and tax inspection of companies and business groups, in advising on international trade operations (VAT) and in tax procedure.

She holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Miguel Hernández de Elche University. She completed the MBA Junior EDEM from the EDEM Business School.

She has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised publications.
