Diana has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She has extensive experience in advising private equity funds and industrial companies from different sectors in M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
She has served as secretary and deputy secretary of the board of directors of several non-listed companies.
Diana has lectured in several university master’s degree courses and is the author of several publications in specialized legal journals.
