Carolina Posse Van Der Laat

Bio

Carolina is a senior associate at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Her practice is focused on M&A of both private and listed companies, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.

Carolina was seconded to GA_P’s London office in 2016 and to GA_P’s New York City office in 2018.
She holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Anglo-American Law from the University of Navarra. In 2011, she spent a semester abroad at Monash University in Melbourne (Australia).

Carolina is a lecturer of Business Law II at La Salle Barcelona and has been a lecturer on the Post-Graduate Diploma of Commercial Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and on the Business & Law course at ESADE Law School.

She the has participated as author or co-author in several specialised publications.
