Carlos Aliaga

Bio

Carlos is a lawyer in the Tax Department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He has experience in general tax and accounting advice to large companies and business groups, in advising family businesses (personal income tax, IP and ISyD), in tax advice on company acquisitions, review and tax analysis of acquired companies (Due Diligence), in intervening in tax audits and inspections of companies and business groups, and in tax proceedings.

He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Valencia and a Double Master’s Degree in Tax Law and Access to the Legal Profession from the Catholic University of Valencia.
