Antonio is of counsel of Banking and Finance at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He has extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, with a particular focus on restructurings, debt refinancings, corporate financings, acquisition financings and real estate financings. In addition, Antonio has advised on M&A transactions and commercial agreements.
He holds a Law degree and Business Administration degree (E-3) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas as well as from Marquette University in Milwaukee (USA), where he coursed the last year of the Business Administration degree.
Antonio has participated as author or co-author in several specialised legal publications.
