Our Corporate Compliance team has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of Comprehensive Compliance Systems for leading national and international clients.

It focuses its practice on both SMEs and large corporations, adapting these systems to the specific characteristics and needs of our clients, always taking into consideration the different legislations that affect the specific sector of activity of the client.

The practice area is made up of specialists in different fields (regulatory, tax, labour, environment, data protection, human rights, corporate governance and competition) who, coordinated by a partner in the criminal law practice area, give it a crosscutting and higher added value approach.

Our services include:

• Design, development and implementation of Integrated Systems of Regulatory Compliance and Organization and Management Models for Crime Prevention.
• Adaptation and updating of Regulatory Compliance Systems and Crime Prevention Models to international standards.
