Bio

Emiliano is a Corporate M&A lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.  He specialises in corporate governance and corporate law of listed companies, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

He holds a law degree from the University of La Coruña. He holds a double Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE University.

He has participated as author or co-author in several specialised publications.
